Project: PMO – Managed a Team size of 20 oracle consultant, Five system integrator.

  • Developed Program Management Processes, Policies and Standards. Planning, scheduling and execution of the R11.5.7 to R12.1.2 upgrade. Defined and achieved Service Level Agreement for the Turn-Around-Time for Defects based on Severity and Priority.
  • Architect-ed the R12 GL, SLA, PNG, AP, AR, Advance Collection, Property  Manager, CDH, TCA, DQM ( R2R, BTR, OTC, PTP).

Project: 24th June 2009 US Govt. Signed CARS Project and US Department of Transportation Kicked Off Cash For Clunkers (CARS- Cars Allowance Rebate System) to Boost economic recovery. Involved 30 days implementation of a brand new system.

Key Project Tasks & Objectives:

  • Architected the To Be Solution and Project Plan that was submitted to the White House CIO for approval. Coordinated the daily activity at the task level with the five areas of operations. Participated in Change Agents Workshops. Prepared and executed the cutover plan.
  • EBS R12.04 modules architected and configured, GL, SLA, AR, CDH, TCA, Customer, suppliers, Vendors, AP, iSupplier.
  • Personalization and Customization in iSupplier for Vendor Registration.
  • Customization to Invoice Submission process to enable re submission of rejected Invoices. AME & Workflow based Approval system to review dealer invoices. Custom Queue Management System created to manage track and route approvals to various processing centers.
  • Design BPEL based integration with the Treasury System for Outbound Invoices and Inbound Payment Statuses. Built multiple reports to track and report the program progress directly to DOT.

 

Client: United States Air Force Leadership Team 

Role:  OCS Program Manager Oracle EBS SME for ECSS and DEAMS program.

Project: The office of the Enterprise Management Division was headed by the 756 Wing Directors, directly under the 3 Star commands. EMD was created by the air force secretary to ensure large scale DOD ERP programs such as ECSS; DEAMS and DIMHRS programs meet the business and technology are aligned. The programs are confined within the DOD Architecture framework.

  • Ensure that COTS standard implementation processes as recommended by ORACLE. The AF considered this a very vital role as it would ensure their investment in the ORACLE product stack Focused Areas: One Air Force ERP – Single Application Instance convergence strategy.
  • Architected the Following End To End Process, B2R, OTL, P2P, O2C, CDH, TCA ( Customer, supplier, and Vendors, Account Hierarchy ).
  • Evaluation of Release 11.5.10 cu2 Vs. Release R12.0.2 (financials, SLA, CRM, logistics).
  • Educated senior Air Force management on Release 12 both Application and the fusion middle ware Stack. Technical Interchange Meetings, on various topics, such as Release 12 vs. Fusion Application, ERP and GCSS-AF, Governance Risk and Compliance.  The output from these TIM, helped the Senior AF management to make executive decision solely based on facts without emotions.
  • Compliance Advisory for EMD an XR office for the programs process flows to ensure Compliance with the DFAS Blue book and JFIMP, FISMA and SFIS for the ERP system. Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Budget to Reporting for some of the flows that were reviewed.

Project: As an Oracle Solutions Architect I ensure that architecture framework meets the Army systems Early Adopters, for R12 Claim Management system.

  • Implemented R11.5.10 cu2 Claim Management System. (Based on CRM modules).

  • Architect the eBusiness suite SSO to work with the Army AKO.

Project: Oracle Program Manager for Accenture

  • POC for the Architecture and implemented a POC using the just acquired BPEL PM from Coxallao to synchronize two eBusiness suite using the SOA technology.
  • Solution Architected an End to End logistic application based on the operation architecture.
  • As a Oracle Solutions Architect ensure that Oracle Federal Financial and Supply Chain meet the needs of GCSS-MC in its effort to replace Logistics Chain Management (LCM) systems.

Project: As Oracle project manager and solution architect, led a team of 7 Oracle consultants and 4 government staff in the implementation of a Case Management, Summons Management and Evidence tracking system on Oracle 11.5.9 CRM for the Department of Homeland Security – Cyber Crime Center.

Project: Lead a Team of Five Oracle Consultant to 11.5.9.01a upgrade from 11.5.8, including customization, design of standard process and additional 43 requirements.

  • Assisted the Team Members in the facilitation of business process simulation with key functional personnel using the Oracle Applications Perform a quality review role regarding the Oracle set-up configuration in support of the business model.

Project: The Oracle Education Initiative program had been using legacy application for managing their daily Business. My task here was to use the BFA to map the existing legacy system to the corporate Global GSI instance. The modules recommended were Sales on Line, iStore, iSupport and OMO from the CRM side. Some of the Major gap was then presented to Development to be incorporated into the product.

  • Facilitated Business Requirement Workshop.
  • Conducted Training on the CRM modules.

Client: Oracle Product Development (HQ)

Role:   CRM Program Management Office

Project: Worked with the CRM and ERP TCA development team in identifying the gaps and best practices for the ecommerce suite from the field implementations specifically that were being done by our Big Six Partners.

  • Trading Community Architecture (TCA): SME for our group.
  • Functional Expertise with the CRM SUITE OF PRODUCTS (Sales, marketing and Service)   Campaign to Cash to Order. CRM foundation and API’s.
  • CRM 11i upgrades : Have been involved in Beta migration for numerous customers from 10.7 to 11i ( National Instrument Marketing, OE, Contracts, scripting – 11i, Yamaha  Sales & Marketing, OHSU ( 11.0 to 11i GL, AP FA planning stages ) identified gaps in the TCA while upgrading, worked with the customer for ER on a weekly basis. Was responsible for facilitating and providing technical solution between customer and development. These meetings involved the IT Director & CIO from the customer side and Oracle VP’s from the Product Development side. In the case of OHSU was responsible for doing the initial Technical Architecture evaluation for the 11i upgrade from 11.0. My recommendation then was a two stage upgrade 10.7 to 11.03 to 11i.
  • Marketing Online:  For Dendrite did a POC where my role was that of a solution architect.
  • Ecommerce Products: Technical Project manager for the POC, Evaluated TA, and conducted daily status call, identified, resolved and prioritized issues by working with the individual development teams.
  • Participated in weekly conference call for the Big Six:  Played the role of SME (subject matter expert) for the CRM suite of products.
  • CRM IMP @AT&T:  Assisted the AT&T consulting team with the iSupport product knowledge transfer.      (From user management to JSP (JTT&JTA) modification).
  • Transfer of Information  for the eCommerce Product:  Taught 2 weeks intensive Boot camps totally customized as per the tier one partner requirements (often times on short notices) CGEY, KPMG, ANDERSEN.
